Head to Boomerville Lodge in Cold Spring, Minnesota, and get lost in their Lilac Labyrinth! This one-of-a-kind maze is crafted entirely from lilac bushes, some towering over 10 feet tall! Imagine strolling through a fragrant purple wonderland, the air thick with the intoxicating scent of lilacs.

This charming labyrinth is not just about the challenge of finding your way out (although that can be fun too!). It’s a place to relax, take a deep breath, and immerse yourself in the beauty of nature. Benches are scattered throughout the path, offering spots to rest and soak in the scenery.

2024 information:

The labyrinth is open to the public during Boomerville Lodge’s operating hours, typically from noon-8:30 p.m. Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m.-8:30 p.m. Sunday. The best time to go is the evening as dusk casts a soft glow overhead. Lilacs are expected to be in full bloom through Memorial Day weekend.
