- Climber to the Clouds: Ascend over 30 feet to explore massive clouds and learn about weather concepts through interactive exhibits.
- Great Big River: Dive into a huge water table to learn about the Mississippi River, race boats, build dams, and discover the power of water.
- Community Connections: Engage in role-playing activities, from shopping at a farmer’s market and performing on stage to sorting mail and cooking meals.
- Great Explorations (Ages 0-3): A vibrant, enclosed space designed for the littlest learners to stimulate their senses with light, sound, touch, and movement.
- Tinker Workshop: Unleash your inner inventor in this rustic-framed workspace, perfect for crafting, painting, building, and printmaking (adult supervision required for some tools).
- Oxbow Outdoor Exhibit: A perfect spot to get the wiggles out, explore, and discover the world through the senses with talking tubes, musical flowers, a sandbox, and more.
- Everyday Engineering: Experiment with cause and effect through construction zones, magnetic gear walls, pulley stations, and air tubes.
- Headwaters: Canoe, fish, and explore during the day, and as night falls, learn about indigenous storytelling and Dakota, Ojibwe, and Greek constellations by the campfire. Come explore the headwaters of the Mississippi River.
