The Last Out Play- Elegy of a Green Beret
May 3 @ 7:30 pm

Don’t miss this once-in-a-lifetime performance: Last Out – Elegy of a Green Beret, a powerful and moving one-act play drawn from the raw, real-life experiences of America’s longest war — a war fought mostly in the shadows.
Written by Scott Mann and performed by a small cast of combat veterans and military family members, Last Out is an elegy — a tribute to the fallen. All scenes take place in the afterlife, spanning moments from the main character Danny’s childhood in 1989 through his military service and death in 2025.
This unforgettable production honors the sacrifices of our service members and their families, while fostering a deeper understanding within the communities they call home.
Last Out has graced the stage of Broadway, earned national acclaim, and has been featured by Tom Brokaw on NBC. When the play was on Broadway it was proudly sponsored by the Gary Sinise Foundation and has received numerous prestigious awards.
They’re honored to bring this non-profit performance to their local community. Veteran ticket discounts are available, and 100% of proceeds will be donated to veteran support organizations, including The Hero’s Journey.
