3. Val’s Rapid Serv

This take-out only restaurant allows you to order on your own computer screens in the tiny lobby, and serves up greasy-spoon classics like burgers with all the fixin’s, big white bags of french fries, and over 20 different varieties of shakes. 4. Ultimate Sports Bar & Grill

While the food at the Ultimate Sports Bar is really delicious, the atmosphere is what really sets this place apart. The former building burnt down in 2020, which gave the owner an opportunity to make his dream a reality. And boy is it a dream! This spacious, open sports bar has over 75+ TVs for watching all kinds of sports, sports simulator, arcade games, two bars, and a massive outdoor space with a stage for live music. Start with an order of ultimate poutine, followed by a delicious mac attack burger, and don’t forget to indulge in a 32oz blended drink or a tower of tap beer – if you have room!

7. Olde Brick House

You will be hard-pressed to find a more authentic Irish dining experience in Greater St. Cloud than Olde Brick House. The restaurant itself was renovated and redecorated using supplies largely shipped over from Ireland, and the rich woods and stained glass accents will have you feeling like you’re in a pub on the Emerald Isle for real. With classic Irish dishes like reubens, Guinness fish & chips, bangers & mashed, and corned beef and cabbage, the taste will send you to Ireland as well. With a wide variety of classic and signature cocktails available as well as an extensive whiskey list including Jameson on tap, you better have your shutter-fingers ready when you dine here!

8. Bo Diddley’s

Since 1981, Bo Diddley’s has been serving up high quality food with great customer service using local ingredients at an unbeatable price. Essentially a sub shop with locations in St. Cloud and St. Joseph, Bo-Didds as the locals say is the place to go for all your favorite subs served in thirds, halves or wholes (they’re huge) as well as pitas, gyros, schwarma, and soups of the day. Our recommendation: try the house-made guacamole, it will not disappoint! If you’re looking to fill your feed with that retro sanwich-shop vibe, Bo-Didds is the place to do it!
