What’s up Weekend: July 19 – 22

It may feel like summer is flying by, but there are still a lot of fun things to do coming up! From music to mud, this weekend has a ton of summer adventures waiting for you. July 19th

Badgers in the streets! Honey Badgers, that is – with opening act Gregory James. Get ready to make 5th Avenue downtown come alive with music and fun for the first ever 5th Avenue Live concert series! July 20th

The best of the best. Pineview Park BMX plays host to a national BMX event this weekend, kicking of on Friday. The Land O’Lakes Nationals are coming to the home track of Olympic silver medalist Alise Willoughby (Post) for a Pro Series event that will draw the world’s fastest BMXers from all over. Admission is free and spectators are welcome – so bring the whole family for this huge event! Click here for more information.

July 21st

Dirt, sweat, and maybe a few obstacles. But we promise it’s worth it! Register now or day-of for the Mudman Race at Powder Ridge on Saturday. There will be a 2K and a 5K course and participants will receive a t-shirt (while supplies lasts), medal, race photos and timing chip. Dress for mud, uphill climbs, and fun! July 22nd

Root beer, music, and butterflies. This special edition of Munsinger Clemens Music in the Gardens features a hospice memorial service at 2pm and a ceremonial butterfly release.
