The Studio is located in the heart of historic downtown St. Cloud, on the second floor of “The Arts” building overlooking the many popular shops, restaurants and boutiques of West Saint Germain Street.

At just over 1000 square feet, this simple, elegant space is an ideal location for rehearsals, meetings, small classes, and art exhibitions.

The Studio offers ample natural lighting with twelve windows offering a view of the quaint downtown streets. We offer plenty of amenities for your ease and convenience. High-speed internet access, quality sound system, and a large, movable mirror. The light wood flooring is suitable for ballroom, ballet, jazz or modern/contemporary dance. There are plenty of folding chairs, tables and other furniture than can be arranged in various configurations to suit your needs.

Other amenities include a small refrigerator stocked with water, television, and privacy curtain to divide the space into two smaller sections.
