It is located in Rivers Edge Park at the corner of 3rd Street North and 10th Avenue North. The fitness court is designed to allow all people to use it, since it is using your own body weight as resistance training and there are various levels of difficulty, based on your fitness level and goals. There are seven fitness elements to provide a full body workout: Core, Squat, Push, Lunge, Pull, Agility and Bend. 7 minutes – 7 movements to Change Your Health! Check out the National Fitness Campaign website for more information and workouts that can be tailored to your level of fitness.
