About Bend in the River Regional Park

Bend in the River Regional Park is a beautiful park with, you guessed it, awesome river views! Peace and tranquility is always nearby in Greater St. Cloud, and Bend in the River Park is a great place to enjoy some quiet time in nature.

The park is located 1.4 miles south of Rice on River Road (CR 55) and from Highway 10 west on 105th Street and north onto River Road to 11231 River Road Northeast. You may park at the farm site, which consists of a white farmhouse with outbuildings.

A hiking trail runs south from the farmhouse along the top of the river bluff. This land was purchased August 12, 2002 and consists of 289 acres, including 3,300 feet of undeveloped shoreline on the Mississippi River. High banks provide scenic views of a river bend, islands and adjacent 220-acre wildlife management area. Bend in the River Park is home to a wide array of wild life and you are sure to enjoy the views of nature and spot some birds (or other animals) while enjoying the park!
