Free to all. All levels welcome. Each week we will post workouts for three levels (A, B, C). Meet at 5:30 at the Endurunce Shop for a warmup (1.3 miles) or at the South Junior High Track at 6:00 for announcements. Join the Track Tuesday group for weekly updates.
