The Brower House is a 1924 Tudor Cottage design, named after Jacob V. Brower (1844), the Father of the Minnesota Park System and the city of Browerville.

The home is nestled on the Mississippi next to Saint Cloud State University and the Newman Center. It features a formal raised English style dining room and a family room with an antique fire place and slate floors. Also, on the main level is a heated porch built with stunning cypress beams overlooking the Mississippi River. Upstairs you will find 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms and remarkable views of the river below.
