The Local Blend opened in 2006 in an historic building that had held a multitude of businesses since its construction. They took the space left by a previous coffee house and made it their own. From the start, the goal was to feature as many homemade, organic, and locally-sourced products as they could. The wood in the booths is from local trees, the pottery they serve the food on and in was created by local artists, the honey used is produced by local bees, and even the coffee is locally roasted. The in-house bakery and kitchen produces the muffins, scones, cakes, pizza crusts, soups, stews and more!

If you thought Taco Villa was gone for good, think again. The original restaurant opened in 1966 in Waite Park and was a local favorite in the St Cloud area for decades. In fact, the owner worked at Taco Villa after she graduated from high school. When she found out that her favorite family-friendly restaurant had closed down, she set out to reopen it. Now back open in Downtown St Cloud with a new family but same great recipes we all fell in love with.
