Chef Florencia learned her authentic and delicious recipes from her mother, aunt, sister and father. Her love for food started in Argentina where she was born and raised. A passion to cook for family and friends developed into her dream, opening The Patagonia restaurant.

Jupiter Moon is dedicated to finding the best ingredients, making the best ice cream, and bringing the community together through the wonder and celebration of ice cream. All ice creams are handcrafted in small batches using as much as possible, local and sustainable ingredients. One of Waite Park’s newest restaurants, Milly’s House Caribbean serves flavors from Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Columbia, Cuba, Venezuela, and more. Easily found in the Gateway International Plaza, Milly’s is a casual restaurant with an order window but all the customer service you could wish for.

Mixin’ It Up Bakery is Gluten Free Co-op Bakery made by a Gluten Free family who understands. They offer a variety of tasty baked goods, fried donuts and so much more! Meet Paul Dols “ie” and Pam, the faces behind the counter at Dolsie’s Lunch Box Grille. As a locally owned business, they pour their heart and soul into everything they do. Paul is the mastermind behind most of the delicious dishes you’ll enjoy, while Pam specializes in crafting scrumptious cupcakes. They’ve been proudly serving customers for nearly a decade at their downtown location, and they wouldn’t have it any other way. Their entire lives are dedicated to the food they serve and the people they serve it to.
