About Selke Field – St. Cloud State University

The St. Cloud State University softball team plays all of its home games at the historic Selke Field softball complex on the campus of St. Cloud State University.  The facility features two team dugouts, a new outfield scoreboard, bleacher-style seating, a batting cage, home and visitor bullpens along with seating for the media in an enclosed press box.  The entire Selke Field complex is encircled by its trademark granite wall, which was constructed as part of the WPA program in the 1930s.  The Selke Field complex also features intramural fields, the SCSU baseball practice diamond and an athletic field (which was home to Husky football for many seasons before the new Husky Stadium was opened next to Halenbeck Hall back in 2004).
