Get in the spirit with a little warm up at the Shamrock Shuffle! This 5K and 10K run in Sauk Rapids begins at 9am at the Sauk Rapids Municipal Park. At 2pm on Sunday, the parade will loop around 5th Avenue, along St. Germain, and back on 7th Avenue, ending just on the other side of Olde Brick House – how convenient! If you’ve ever been curious about the world of maple syrup harvesting, wonder no more thanks to the Maple Syrup Festival on March 30th at the St. John’s Arboretum. This day will include sap collecting, syrup cooking, horse-drawn rides, demonstrations, and hot maple syrup sundaes for the whole family. Dress accordingly – the entire event takes place outdoors – and please leave your furry four-legged friends at home.
