Witness Trips, Jungledorf and Lulu & the Shoe Live!

April 3 @ 6:00 pm

Free
Project 37 and the Recovery Community Network present a Singer-Songwriter Showcase on April 3rd! They’re excited to host this show at Oblivion Coffeebar in downtown St. Cloud. The show starts at 6PM!

Meet the artists!
Lulu & the Shoe // indie shoegaze
lulu and the shoe is a Minneapolis based group made up of a couple, writing meaningful lyrics and drawing careful melodies and harmonies to match not only in their singing but in a duel guitar style as well. they started writing music almost immediately after meeting and have only continued to grow in their own style – bringing together a sweet mellow indie, rich shoegaze, and lofi sounds. they have been playing regularly since they first started and continue to book their own shows which soon will turn into a Midwest tour.

Jungledorf // fun, folky to gritty singer-songwriter
From synth laden rock songs about video games, to soft folk tunes about fictitious whales, Jungledorf (The main musical project of Colton Dingmann) aims to please! Starting officially 2019, the project serves as an outlet for Colton to write about whatever he wants, however he wants to. Influenced by artists such as Weezer, Ween, and Lemon Demon, Jungledorf aims to write catchy, sometimes humorous, sometimes tragic tunes across multiple styles while still maintaining a core “Jungledorf” sound.

Witness Trips // folk
Witness Trips is a folk singing musician from a little bit of everywhere who writes songs about the life he’s lived and the lives of those around him. Armed with only a guitar and a surplus of harmonicas, Witness Trips works to remind a crowd about the ups and downs of the human condition. As he once told Time Magazine, “Life is a trip is worth witnessing, so don’t be so quick to close your eyes.”
Project 37 is a non-profit with a mission to provide spaces and opportunities for all ages to enjoy music in safe and sober environments. You can help us continue that goal by coming to shows, following us on social medias, or telling people about what we do.
