Please join us for Strength Training at Revolver Studios
Never done any strength training before? NO problem. All our staff are well versed, expertly trained, and passionate about meeting each individual client where they are at! Do you have experience and train regularly? PERFECT! Everyone will be encouraged to challenge themselves and work at their level. Our instructors our certified personal trainers, and are here to help you be safe and have fun while strengthening your body. We hold a body-positive approach to training and fitness, which means everybody is included and celebrated. Everybody will sweat and be challenged, at whatever level of fitness or body shape size they are.
Being body-positive also means we do not talk about weight loss or aesthetics, because we strongly believe in enjoying exercise and strengthening our bodies without the pressure of having to look a certain way, which can cause feelings of shame or defeat. What we DO talk about is how exciting it is to lift a heavier weight or do more reps than last month, how great it is to notice your low back pain reducing as your core gets stronger, and how awesome you are just for being here moving your body and taking care of yourself!
