Aroma Flow Yoga

An event every week that begins at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, repeating until January 2, 2019
Aroma Flow is an introductory class on the therapeutic benefits of essential oils combined with movement and breath awareness.
Suitable for all levels, aroma flow is a beautiful combination of stretching, building strength, and heightening our senses. Our focus will be on sensory awareness and aromatherapy as we connect with our breath through yoga asanas, meditation, and affirmation. The oils are carefully selected for each class, as various oils have different properties, and can be stimulating or soothing, uplifting or calming. We will use these properties to our advantage in order to deepen and expand our yoga practice.
This class is designed to move through a 8-part yoga sequence that touches on each of the 7 chakras, and then guiding you though all 7 chakras in a 90 minute class. You will leave feeling relaxed, more informed, smelling wonderfully, and with off the mat suggestions for continuing to bring balance to your life.
