Arroy located in Downtown St. Cloud is a Thai and Filipino restaurant. Adrienne and Annie, the owners, wanted to keep cultural food in the downtown area. They specifically wanted to share Adrienne’s Filipino family recipes and award winning craft cocktails with others allowing everyone to enjoy. They also wanted to create an atmosphere and safe space for diverse cultural backgrounds to come together and have a great experience.
